Our marble floor restoration polishing treatment uses diamond pads to grind down the surface of your marble, bringing out a fresh layer of stone. Then we use successively finer grade pads to bring the surface of your marble to a “mirror like” shine.
5 Steps of Marble Floor RestorationFloor restoration procedure typically takes 5 steps:
1st step is grinding. It’s most powerful and dynamic step, also known as stains removal. Also, this step can remove the most deepest scratches and stains.
2nd step is honing. Honing is the step of floor restoration provides smoothing the marble floor with industrial diamonds 100/200/400/800…3000 grits, which brings up more shine to the marble. Honing will also remove scratches, stains and give a more uniform appearance.
3rd step is polishing. Polishing gives semi-shining or shining effect to the marble floor. Polishing is done by industrial diamonds, but smaller graded, than while honing. For marble floors in good condition a polishing can be enough to bring back the shine.
4th step is buffing or crystallization. Crystallization is a method of marble floor finishing. Its brings “mirror like” shine by chemical reaction on the surface of marble. Using specially formulated polishing powder contains Tin oxides and proprietory chemicals. Crystallization also creates micro film on the surface of marble, which is more solid and durable and helps to preserve the color and the brightness of the marble.
5th step is washing & cleaning. Wash & Clean vital step to remove any excess powders. Before we handover newly polished marble floor with Shines & Clean floor.

Wood flooring recovery and repair work Step by Step process
- Removal of affected area
- Screed new cement floor to achieve level surface
- Installation of new wood or parquet floor secured with glued down method
- Allow glue and new wood to acclimatise for 1 to 2 weeks
- Sanding the new floor using belt drum sander to level out the surface
- Apply floor varnish to finish up
During flooding after heavy rain or burst pipeline or leaking heater tank;
- Drains away and drys up the excess water immediately
- Stop the source of water by shutting off the water inlet tap
- Put on fans to blow and ventilate the areas
NEVER ENGAGE FLOOR CONTRACTOR TO FIX IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. FLOODING DAMAGE ONLY TAKES FULL EFFECT AFTER TWO WEEKS.

Do not panic! You should always remember the two steps below when flooding happens:
- Use dry cloths to dry up the flooring immediately.
- Turn on all fans to air the space so moisture evaporates faster.

- More than 4 hours –
